Growing our recycling program is top priority for Watson Disposal. We are constantly working to develop new ways to streamline and expand our current recycling services. Please reference the attached list for our current Delta county residents.


Accepted materials and how to prepare them:


Delta county residents: Please mark or bag all recyclable materials separately for collection on your service day. See calendars for recycle pickup schedule.

check-dark Aluminum Cans

  • Rinse Well
  • Do not crush


  • Foil
  • Pie Tins

check-dark Steel Food Cans

  • Rinse Well
  • Labels may stay on.


To recycle can lid, place it inside the can and crush the can.


check-dark Steel Aerosol Cans

  • Must be completely empty.
  • Remove plastic lid unless its part of the can. Do not remove the nozzle
  • NOTE:
    A magnet will “sick” to steel, but not aluminum.

check-dark Plastic Bottles

  • Rinse well and remove caps.


Only #1 & #2. Look for # inside the recycle arrows.

check-dark Office / Mixed Paper

  • Copy paper
  • Computer Paper
  • File Folders
  • Envelopes
  • Letterhead
  • Forms

Bag if pre-shredded
Staples and paper is clips allowed

NOTE : Absolutely NO:

  • Carbon & wax paper
  • Transfer & tissue paper
  • Paper toweling
  • Label backing sheets
  • Books
  • Metals, plastic, rubber bands or food wrappers




  • Items may be bagged for collection.
  • Paper products may be bagged or tied together for collection.
  • Used syringes and lancets are not recyclable. Place in plastic or metal container. Be sure to reinforce the lid cover with duct tape. Label the full container “sharps” and discard with your household waste.
